These dreamy silk scarves are a collaboration between artist Maria Alexandra Vettese & the Portland,Maine boutique Chellis Wilson. Chellis Wilson boutique showcases one of a kind hand made pieces – from clothing for ladies and gents to covetable art. The series of photographs came about while Maria was feeling the transition of seasons – from Summer to Autumn darkness. I love that poetic concept, and how all of our moods are so tied to nature, in a way that we often forget to realize. The result of her exploration are these lovely photos, printed on fabrics. Doesn’t that blue instantly calm you? She literally created a blanket of light. Wrap yourself up kiddies, and pull it around you when you feel the darkness.
